About Gill Brennan
Gill brings nearly two decades of experience helping organisations navigate complexity with clarity, purpose, and confidence. A strategic leader and board director, she has guided national and European organisations through transformation, strengthened governance structures, and built the conditions for sustainable growth.
Gill’s expertise spans strategy development, governance reform, business development, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement. She has served in both executive and non-executive roles, giving her a grounded understanding of the challenges leadership teams face and how to shape solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.
Her approach is people-centred and purpose-driven. Gill creates the space for teams to think clearly, ask better questions, build shared understanding, and make confident decisions. She is known for her steady leadership, energy, and ability to turn ambiguity into direction.
Gill also led the transformation of an internal digital asset into Ireland’s first Coeliac Patient Register, a pioneering initiative now underpinning national advocacy, engagement, and service improvement.
Across all her roles, Gill’s focus remains consistent: helping organisations align purpose, performance, and governance to achieve meaningful, long-term impact.
